Going back to how I was four years ago hasn't helped. Every time I try to beat it something like this happens.

EDIT: Should point out that this is mostly compartmentalised — as much as possible, I try to keep work-stress explosions contained at work. I'm trying not to let it affect anything else, but some will bleed over. I'm not going to let it affect my other commitments unless the situation gets worse.
