In good TV news

Jekyll remains amazingly good.

This week had a distinctive "Prelude to utter beautiful chaos" air to it.

For reference, it's written by Steven Moffat. He also wrote Blink, The Girl in the Fireplace, The Empty Child, and The Doctor Dances for the new Who. I suggest those of you who don't have access to broadcast BBC find a place to see it.

I didn't see the whole thing, but I did see bits of it. Specifically the Very Nifty Bit with the electricity. There may have been some combined female cackling over here, since the lights out was rather good timing. Heh.

One thing; the soft-spoken woman with slightly eighties hair at the top of the stairs, near the end of the episode (I don't want to spoiler other people). I was convinced that was Kate Mulgrew, but apparently not. What was her character name, so I can figure out what else she's been in? I didn't catch it because Flatmate had the TV on in the background while she was doing/asking me to correct her CV and cover letter.
