I can honestly say that I wish I'd never started smoking. Because even three months after quitting, every bad cold hangs around in my respiratory system. Some make me cough crap up. Others, like the bastard thing that's currently in my head, live in my sinuses.

So far I've snorted forth reddy-brown crap, yellowy-brown crap, and greeny-brown crap. I'll let you know when I get to bluey-brown crap.

16 weeks is great too!
I still occasionally get a craving for one. I've so far resisted and I've surprised myself with my will power.

I could just be that your immune system is reduced due to the combination of the stress of quitting combined with normal day to day stress and possibly given that your g.mother is susseptable to colds/flu that genetically your immune system is not as good as others. Is it your maternal grandmother by any chance?

I reccomend trying supplements of vitamin C or drinking fresh orange daily and eating lots of garlic (if you like it).
